Marco Polo Ortigas Manila Appoints Melanie Domingo as Director of Human Resources
Marco Polo Ortigas Manila, the first purpose-built 5-star Marco Polo hotel in the Philippines, proudly announces the appointment of its Director of Human Resources, Melanie Domingo. With almost 14 years of professional experience in Human Resources within the hospitality industry, Lanie’s international and local expertise will benefit Marco Polo Ortigas Manila in its current pre-opening phase.
In her role, Lanie will supervise recruitment, training and development, compensation and benefits administration and labor relations. She is seen to ensure effective integration of human resource services amongst all the hotel departments.

Prior to Marco Polo Ortigas Manila, Lanie was the Director of Human Resources for Oakwood Premier Manila from August 2010 to May 2013. Lanie started her career at the Peninsula Manila and honed her skills for 5 years before working overseas in Millennium Hotel and InterContinental Hotel both in Doha, Qatar.
A graduate of Behavioural Science in University of Santo Tomas, Lanie earned her Master’s Degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology in De La Salle University, Manila.
