From May 19-29, 2016, the Corniche restaurant at the Diamond Hotel Philippines will feature finely prepared Filipino dishes in its lunch and dinner buffet spread through the Culinaria Filipina, a Filipino Food Festival.
Diamond Hotel Philippine has invited Chef Myrna Segismundo and Chef Jill Sandique, two of the renowned Filipina chefs who advocates Filipino cuisine. For this 10 day Filipino food festival, Chef Myrna and Chef Jill will be showcasing modern interpretation of some Filipino classics.
The Culinaria Filipina themed buffet is available for lunch and dinner at P2,288 nett per person. For a minimum spend of P5,000, guests will have a chance to win a 3-days/2-nights stay in Baguio for two persons. Here are some of the dishes that you can expect during the Filipino food festival.
