Dinner Buffet at Urban Kitchen | Hilton Kota Kinabalu

It was my first time to visit Kota Kinabalu, so I made sure that I try the local dishes served at the buffet. I instantly noticed the extensive variety of seafood dishes served at Urban Kitchen. This is not surprising since Kota Kinabalu is a coastal city and its local seafood is in fact one of its main tourism attraction.
