Christmas in the Philippines is best celebrated with friends and family over a banquet of well-loved Filipino food. We recently visited Kabila with some friends of ours and tried out their Christmas Salo-Salo set which was good for sharing for 10 persons at only P650.00++ per person. The set consisted of two servings of 12 dishes including two appetizers, six main dishes, one starch, and three dessert items. Here's what we had for lunch:

Part of Kabila's holiday offerings are the seasonal pastries and cookies which are available at all Raintree Restaurants. We had the chance to sample two of them, the Holiday Revel Bars and the Lemon Tres Leches Pound Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting. Both were delicious, not too sweet and they are freshly made in-house. They are also very affordable which makes them a perfect holiday gift for your friends and relatives who love pastries.
