Misto Restaurant, the all-day dining restaurant of
Seda BGC Hotel, presents a one of a kind lunch buffet offering which features the most widely consumed food in the world. The
International Rice Buffet showcases the diversity and versatility of the rice as an ingredient in cooking.
Seda Hotels Executive Chef, Pepe Castillo, developed a buffet menu that includes Western and Eastern rice dishes starting from appetizers to main dishes and desserts. Rice can also be enjoyed in its simplest form, that is steamed and paired with various warm savory dishes.
Seda BGC Hotel has never failed to amaze us with their creative lunch buffet offerings. Last March, Team PinasMuna was invited by the hotel to try out their
Salad Lunch Bar and just recently, Team PinasMuna was again invited by Seda BGC, this time to sample their newly launched
International Rice Buffet. Here are some of the dishes you can expect from the buffet menu:

| Salad Station |
The Salad Station features a wide selection of Mesclun greens which you can mix with a variety of fresh and preserved vegetables and dressings. There's also fresh fruits and fresh spring rolls.

The Sushi Station includes assorted maki, kimbap, a Korean rice rolls filled with seafood and vegetables, and temari, a rice ball topped with slices of sashimi and vegetables.

Highlight of the International Rice Buffet are the rice dishes that represent different cuisines of the world such as Jambalaya, Paella Negra, Paella Valenciana, Yangchow, Risotto, Nasi Goreng, Bibimbap, Mongolian Fried Rice, Biryani, Adobo Rice and Bagoong Rice topped with Green Mango.

The buffet also includes a variety of steamed rice made with Jasmine Rice, Brown Rice, Red Rice and Forrest Rice which you can pair with a selection of international savory dishes such as Vegetable Curry, Pork & Chicken Barbecue, Salmon Teriyaki, Seafood ala King, Pork Belly Sinigang, Korean Beef Stew and Chicken Adobo.

And with all buffets, everything has a sweet ending. You can choose among the cakes and pastries on the Dessert Station, but if you haven't had enough rice, then you should definitely go with the Sticky Rice desserts.

The International Rice Buffet is available for lunch from Tuesday to Friday, except holidays, from 12:00nn to 2:00pm for only P700.00++. Walk-in guests are welcome but we highly recommend that you make a prior reservation by calling them at +63 (02) 945-8888.
