Spectrum, the all-day dining restaurant of Fairmont Makati, will celebrate the Spanish Heritage Month through a Spanish-themed buffet featuring modern and classic Spanish dishes prepared by Chef Chin Gallegos-Bagis, the Executive Chef of Manila’s most sought-after private dining paella restaurant, Pio’s Kitchen.
This special dining offer will run from 9 to 15 October 2017 and is available for lunch (PHP 2,150) and dinner (PHP 3,077) per person. For an additional PHP 895 per person, guests can enjoy the buffet with unlimited serving of Spanish-themed cocktails. Children ages five years old and below can dine for free while children ages six to 12 years old will receive a 50% discount.
