Conrad Manila (马尼拉康莱德酒店) is a luxury hotel located at the Mall of Asia (MOA) complex in Pasay City, Metro Manila which opened last June 15, 2016. Owned by SM Hotels and Conventions and managed by Hilton Worldwide, Conrad Manila is the first Conrad-branded hotel in the Philippines. While the hotel was on soft-opening, there was limited room available in this most sought after hotel in Metro Manila. A Historic Staycation at the InterContinental Hotel Manila

Last October, news came out that InterContinental Manila will be closing down by the end of 2015. In a press release* published on its website, AyalaLand Hotels and Resorts Corp (AHRC), a subsidiary of Ayala Land Inc and owner of the 46 year old five-star hotel property designed by National Artist Leandro Locsin, announced that it will be tearing down this iconic building at the corner of EDSA and Ayala Avenue to make way for a new mixed-use commercial development in the area.

The Manila Hotel
