Baguio Food Tour 2013

In October 2013, Pinas Muna successfully launched the Baguio Food Tour (BFT) blogger event in Baguio City aimed at promoting the City of Pines as a food trip destination. We were joined by nine other travel and food bloggers from Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao.

BFT2013 gave us an insight on how Baguio-based restaurants adjust to the ever changing demands and taste of its diverse market segments. There's the local population who are on the constant lookout for something new, and there are the tourists from the lowlands with their own set of standards, tastes and expectations. Altogether, restaurants in Baguio was able to, and continues to adapt to the dynamic mix of customers, ultimately bringing the very best out of their culinary skills and imagination.

Baguio Food Tour 2013 was executed with great success. Many thanks to our sponsors and partner restaurants who altogether made this blogger event possible. We also wish to thank our blogger friends who joined the BFT2013. Baguio Food Tour won't be able to achieve its objective without your participation. Lastly, we would like to express our gratitude to the Baguio City Tourism Office for its support. As promised, we will make the Baguio Food Tour an annual event. We are looking forward to working with you again for BFT2014.
