The Tangadan Tunnel is a popular landmark in the municipality of San Quintin, Province of Abra, Philippines. It was built by the American colonial government as part of a road connecting the provinces of Abra and Ilocos Sur.
Built next to the Tangadan Tunnel is the Abra Welcome Park Complex. It features the Gabriela Silang Monument surrounded by trees and verdant gardens. There is also a Pasalubong Center where visitors can buy local delicacies and handicrafts.
